What mortar stand sizes are available?
Mortar stands are commonly available in heights of:
760 mm (30″)
800 mm (31.5″)
1.27m (50″)
With the 760mm and 800mm mortar stands, there is not much difference. When choosing the correct-sized mortar stand, the surface should be at waist height.
With the 1.27m stand, there is a large difference compared to the other available stands. If you are constantly working at heights, such as on a ladder or stilts then this stand would be more beneficial.
It can also benefit you if you are a tall person!
