Step 1 – Hold decorative copper

Take a small piece of oval copper and place it between the jaws of the seaming pliers, with the longer edge lying parallel to the jaws.

Step 2 – Bend decorative copper

Use both hands on the seaming pliers to close the handles and bend the piece of copper just a little, along its length.

Step 3 – Finish off decorative copper

Release the piece of copper from the jaws of the seaming pliers: a leaf has taken shape.
